I installed a used cd player in my '86 Civic SI and since then the windshield wiper fuse blew and keeps blowing everytime I install a new one. I tried uninstalling the cd player and the fuse still blows When I turn the key into the accessory position the fuse doesn't blow but as soon as I turn on the engine that's when the fuse blows.

I checked to make sure there wasn't a cut wire that was touching metal somehow when I installed the cd player and all wires are good. I'm at a loss from here on. Any help would be appreciated.
