91 civic si #14 fuse keeps blowing.....

Please I need help. I thought we had it all figured out and the #14 fuse keeps blowing. Reasons for this could be?

Sounds like you probably have a bad ground somewhere. Check to make sure everything on that circuit is getting properly grounded
