Default 90 civic lx -no power to the fuelpump

I have a 90 civic, 1.5 and there is no power going to the fuel pump, is there a relay, fuse ,or some sort of common problem that I can check,

Yes the relay ("Main Relay") is under the dash, above the hood release handle. It is the common problem. Take the relay out of the car, pry it apart, and resolder all the connections on the circuit board inside.
