Default 90k service 99 Civic Si

Hey guys and gals, I have searched to see whether this has come up in discussion before but can't find any information on this subject. 90000 mile service. I am getting different info from my dealer compared to my tech who works on my car. What is suppose to be done on a 90k service? Are the valves adjusted? Dealer says yes, tech says no. Does anyone know exactly what is suppose to be done on the 90k service?

i own a 00 civic ex, only things done to it are synthetic oil changes every 7k miles, alignment once, and I did a transmission flush a few years ago. My power steering belt was also replaced because it started to shred, looked like something caught onto it.

If you live up north you probably want to get the belts inspected more often and if you do it's probably time to change your timing belt.

I usually just get the usual timing belt, drive belts, water pump, tensioner, cam seal, crank seal replaced. If the valves sound fine especially when the engine cold, I wouldn't bother with it.

Honda maintenance schedule suggests (under normal conditions) at 90,000 miles:

-Adjust Valve Clearance (a.k.a. valve lash)
-Replace timing belt & inspect water pump
-Inspect & Adjust Drive Belts
-Replace Transmission Fluid
-Inspect front and rear brakes
-Replace Brake Fluid
-Check Parking Brake Adjustment
-Rotate Tires
-Visually Inspect Brake Hoses and Lines
-Visually Inspect All Fluid Levels and Conditions of Fluid
-Visually Inspect Tie-rod Ends, Steering Gear Box, and boots
-Visually Inspect Suspension Components
-Visually Inspect Driveshaft Boots
-Visually Inspect Cooling System Hoses & Connections
-Visually Inspect Exhaust System
-Visually Inspect Fuel Lines and Connections
