Default Alternator/wiring issues

I just bought this car after it had a B18b1 swapped in. It is a 2000 Civic hatchback and with the help from a few of you, I have fixed a few wiring issues already. My alternator is not charging, but according to my local shop, does not need replaced. They said its probly a wiring issue. So I dug around and found a few connectors just dangling. I know some are just unused from the swap. PLEASE HELP.

Any idea of what these 3 are? Located off a bunch of wires by the alt.

These two were taped over and just hanging.

Is fuse 15 blown?

Is the alternator belt tight?

Is the battery good?

Have you thoroughly cleaned the battery connectors and ground wire connected to the chassis?

The brown plug is for the factory fog lights, you'll have a loose brown connector on the back of your fuse box as well. Not sure on the others, I might have time to pop my hood later on.

dito about the brown connector. thats the factory fog light wire.
other than that no idea... my alternator plug is green.... is the alternator even pluged in? and have the charging wire conected to the battery/fuse box? might try to use a light tester to ensure that the alternator was power at the power wire and if not track that large wire and make sure its hooked up to the fuse box.
that could have just been overlooked with the swap.... just have to check out afew wires. and if everything looks hooked up fine then i would try to remove the power wire on the fuse box and carefully have a friend start the car and you test that wire with it off the fuse box and test for power..... if its getting power then MAYBE the fuse box is screwed up some how... either the block is busted or maybe that wire is conected to that weird looking fuse. just something to try out... if the wire does have 14V power then i would just route that wire to the batteries power wire straight.....

I'm pretty sure that it can't be a wiring problem between the alternator and the battery, because otherwise they wouldn't have been able to test it and confirm that it's working.

I'd take it to a different auto parts store and have them test it to confirm that the alternator is in fact okay. That way, you have 2 different tests done on it.

I checked all the fuses, restriped and put new connectors on the battery wires, and all the wiring seems to be in place. But I found a place around me called autolab (www.autolabonline.com) that specializes in swapped hondas, F/I, and just modded vehicles in general. So im taking it there this weekend. I have been driving it for over a week now without it dying. Which makes me think it charges sometimes and not all the time.
