I need help, my civic check engine light came on with code 16 (fuel injection) with a no start condition. Manual stated to check resistance on aux and main injectors. Aux read 8 ohms and had 10 volts when tested, main read .8 ohms and also had 10 volts too. my red main wire had power for 2 seconds when I turned on the ignition switch on. I replaced the main fuel relay and the no start condition cleared but I still have the code 16. Flow charts recommends swapping ECU and I have, also replaced fuel press regulator, and fuel filter. Car has to crank over several times before it will start but once it is running, it runs fine. I am stumped on where else to go. Any advice would be appreicated.
