i recently purchaced a 91 twin carb civic for a geat price but there is a catch , when the last owner had it it over heated and to make things worse she pored water in with the oil to cool it , amazingly it still has good compression and runs smooth some of the time ,but if i try and start it from full cold it misses really badly how ever i can keep an idle if i pump the throttle slowly , even after 10 mins of this it still doesnt run properly ,but if i go back to it hours later it some times runs great , any help wpuld be apreciated
