well i finally figured out the problem. the new distributer had a problem, had it replaced and works now. Now when im accelerating slowly the car seems to lose all spark at about 20-25 mph and 2300 rpms or so...push the pedal all the way to the floor and it kicks back in and goes...it happens consistently at the same speed. this is very annoying...any ideas?

 

well i have this problem right now. I notice the when i unplug my idle air control sensor it does that but when its plugged in it doesnt. I have mine unplugged cuz it idles to high and the part is expensive. take a look at the IACV on the back of the intake manifold.
