can you adjust that sensor to where you can fix it w/o replacing it?

Sounds like it could be the FITV (fast idle thermo valve) located beneath the throttle body, probably not closing after warm up which in effect is causing a vacum leak, try removing it and giving it a bit of a clean. To test the FITV remove air filter pipe from throttle housing to find 2 holes in side housing before butterfly, get car to opperating temperature and cover up the bottom hole with your finger and if idle settles down then that is your problem.

I'd say it's the TPS, best way to find out is just un plug it while the car is idling.
