Default 94 civic valve cover question

First of all if anybody can point me in the right direction on where to look for this type of info or can just tell me I would appreciate it. I need a valve cover for my 94 civic 1.6 and my question is this; what years are compatible for my engine. I heard that a valve cover for a 1.5 wont fit my 1.6 is that true? will it make a differnece size wise if mine is not a v-tech? any ifo is highly appreciated. thank you.

The D15B7 (non-VTEC DX engine) has the spark plug holes on the intake side, so the cover is completely different.

^^ Exactly. Any D series (D16) valve cover which has the spark plugs holes on the exhaust manifold side will fit without a problem. Vtec VC and non-vtec D16 VCs are not different in terms of fitment.
