Default '94 DX Won't Start After Snowed - Clicking From Relay

Here's what happened - I drive it all last week to and from work no problems. It sat all weekend. Snowed 3 inches last night and I get outside and try and start car...

I turn key over and get the normal dashboard lights (CEL, battery, seatbelt, etc) but there is a weird clicking noise coming from where the main relay is located. I turn key over completely to try and start car and nothing.

I do this several more times, waiting several seconds before trying again, and same thing. Some weird clicking noise from relay. Also, if I'm not mistaken, there was something from the fuel pump too but I may have imagined that.

Anyway, after a couple minutes of this, I try again, and this time no lights on dashboard. Nothing. Seems like the battery is drained. I took the van to work instead which is where I am now.

Thoughts? I think it's the Gremlins.

Does it sound like the relay is clicking erratically ??? then nothing.. usually it's a dead batt.
