When you turn the key to ON(III), does the starter crank the engine? If not, start by having the battery checked.

No it just clicks near the fuse box and does nothing after that... I have to be at work in 20 mins and need to get it started asap. It has a new battery.

Could it be one of the fuses or the O2 at all? The wires fell out of the o2 and I reinserted them but not sure if they in the correct order.

The new battery may have for some reason lost its charge. Have you tried a jump start?

I feel like a dumbass. I was stressin about getting to work I didn't check everything... The ground wire was only holding on by the rubber and wasn't getting a good connection. Damn I need to learn patience and quit over looking small stuff.
