2 wire plug disconnected near fuse box

So there is two green wires, one with a red stripe and the other with a white stripe. I am not sure where it plugs in as because i couldn't see any places for it to plug into. but it has a connector on it. Its near the fuse box under the dash. Oh my car 93 ex coupe. thanks

Cars come with the wiring for other options that arent even offered to us in the US
