Hey guys. My power locks have never worked for me before and i always had to lock my car from the outside but someone tried jacking my car so i want to get them fixed so i can put an alarm on my car. They get power to them like you hear them try to click over to the lock position but they barely budge and stay unlocked. So if you can tell me what my problem is i would appreciate it. thanks

 

I'm no electrician or mechanic, but it kinda sounds like a problem with the locking solenoids. Like they went bad or moved to a bad position. You might want to take the door panel off and check that out.
