I have a 95 Civic EX A/C won't blow cold air. I checked the compressor by running a wire from the battery to the compressor and it does click so compressor works. Next I was gonna check the low ac line the one where you charge the a/c and when I start to unscrew the blue cap air begins to escape and some greenish liquid comes out so my question is that normal? Does it already have refrigerant? Is the problem somewhere else? I was gonna buy a can of A/C recharge refrigerant maybe that would fix the problem but don't want to waste money on a can I won't need.
