Unhappy 95 Civic Ex B18b1 Swap

did a complete swap on 95 civic everything went as planned car worked for about a week no issues what so ever ....then last night late night driving i stopped at a lite and pulled off when i went to shift to second gear the car started bucking like a wild horse now it wont let me shift and everytime i try it bucks like hell.......my guess is Change the clutch but im hoping that the transmission is still good how would i know for sure ? or would taking it apart be my only option ?....Plz help

My first guess from what you described is not the clutch or transmission, but just that the engine runs very badly. Check the timing. A sudden decrease in performance could mean the timing belt skipped. If the belt did skip, it's likely damaged, so replace with a new one. Also check if a spark plug wire came unplugged.
