wats up im currently swapping out my d16z6 from my 95 civic coupe and im putting in a 98 b18b1. know this is were my ques comes in, the motor is in the car and i am having problems with the wireing since the d16z6 is obd 1 and the b18b1 is obd 2. So i need to no what i have to do to make this work out, my stock car harness is pluged up to mostly everything on the b18b1, but their is some extra harnesses since im not kickin vtec no more, but i need to no if that would work and is their any way i can hook up the b18b1 ecu to my wireing, becuz i already changed the distributer from obd 2 to obd 1 but all i need to do know is change the ecu wireing from obd1 to obd 2, so does any one no a way that i can do it and if any one knows how i can hardwire it plz let me no bcuz im whilling to do it other than buying one of those jump harnesses.

if you want to try yourself to hard wire the ecu good luck. it would take you days to try to cross the wires, and you'll have to study novels of wiring diagrams. trust me, fork out the 100.00 bucks and save yourself the trouble. anyone on this site will tell you to buy the harness, that is unless they are god. good luck
