95 civic ex overheating due to radiator fan malfunction
Ive found out the reason for the overheating on my car was because of the radiator fan. When itDOES cut on, it goes atlow to medium strength, but at leastkeeps the car from over heating.I can put my hand in while its turningand it will stop. Sometimes I have to tap the fan blade and it will start to twitch and eventually, with enough tapping, will cut on. (at low to medium strenght) Does anyone know if its the fan motor, fuse/relay or just something caught in a groove somewhere? Any ideas? By the way, when the fan is off and Im driving, it DOES overheat.

That's almost certainly the motor itself. The brushes are worn down so they barely touch. You can probe the voltage at the motor plug when it's doing that and if you have the full 12 volts, conclude that the motor is bad.
It should stay cool whether the fan works or not when you are driving over 30 mph or so though.
