Hello all,

It all started last week. I got in my civic and the sunroof wouldn't open. Then a day or two later the windows wouldn't roll down, and now the wipers don't work. I checked all of the fuses under the driver side dash and under the hood with my fluke multimeter and they all tested good. I even replaced the ones labeled with my problems and it still didn't work. Is my problem relays? If so is there a way to test them?

Also on another note while my car is in idle and while it's running the hood or engine squeaks,it sounds like dolphins are under the hood.

 

Don't bother replying I figured it out. It was the 7.5A fuse under the driver dash. Go figure.
