Default 95 civic interior painting questions

Hello Im new at this forum and site.
Ive got a 95 civic and want to redo my interior.
Ive got 3 pieces that are vinyl pieces, they are the dash and the door panels. The rest is the texurted hard plastic.
I want to make my interior look like it is fiberglassed. But I dont want to rip off the vinyl or use fiberglass.
I want to know if I could scuff up my door panels and dash, and then use a filler flexiable primer then sand it smooth primer it again if it needs it untill the texture is gone and the panel and dash is smooth. Then paint it with light cost and then clear it now when its finished it will look like it is fiberglass. Now this is what I want to do with my texure plastic pieces also the same steps. Will this work or not? Will it flake off or chip? Has anyone done this before or ever seen it done before? Let me know about this post and let me know if have dont this before tell me you step by step way you
did it. Also tell me all the materials you used and what type and **** so I can have a idea to do this please let me know asap thanks everyone
One last thing if some one else knew a easy way and better way let me know your ideas thanks
