95 front turn signal not working

This doesn't make a lot of sense, a bad switch shouldn't blink at all. Take the top and bottom plastic clamshells off of the steering column and the switch is right there. There is a 3 wire plug along with a plug with some heavier wires (for the light switch function) and like a 5 wire plug if it has factory cruise control. Unplug the 3 wire plug-- the 3 wires are simply left, right, and common, so you can bypass the switch using a jumper wire then see if it has a steady blink. I think the switch can be replaced without removing the steering wheel.

Thanks I will take a look when I can. I need to get this finished so I can start driving it.
