Default 97 DX Simple Questions

I am new to this whole car thing and I want to do some things to my car. First off I have some kind of exhause system, I think its a half back but im not sure, it came with the car. Everything from about the e-brake location up is the same as a stock civic, but from the e-brake back looks alot different.

1) I want to replace the header and I found a DX version with the catalytic converter already on it and I wanted to know if it would be a good purchase. http://www.procivic.com/pages-produc...827/index.html

2) I am getting new rims/tires and when im doing that I also wanna put in a new suspension. What all components do I need to get a whole new suspension?

Sorry to be so oblovious to this stuff but im 17 and just got my car and stuff so gimmie a break eh?

1) don't spend nearly 600 on that, just get some aftermarket headers, and have a shop weld you in a cat in line with your exhaust.
2) you'll need springs, struts, top hats, and other do-dad's, it all depends on what your goals are.
