Default 98 Civic Belt Diagram and Description

Hi,

I am looking for a diagram and/or description on what each belt does for a 1998 Civic DX. My AC clutch froze up and took out the belt for the AC compressor. It also knocked off the power steering belt. This happened on my way to work and I need to know if I can make it back home with the two belts off or will it cause further damage?

Thanks,

Taipanic

You should be fine to drive it home as long as the Alternator belt is still on.

You should have three belts, and their respective accessory pulleys will line up when you put the belts on. IIRC, from inside to out (on the crank pulley) it should go...
