98 civic header install, should i use the old gasket

Default 98 civic header install, should i use the old gasket

So im installing headers and new exhaust system! i heard i should use the old header gasket and not a new one, is this true? why? and i know i should tighten the bolts with a torque wrench and from inside out! other then that no problems really! thanks for the help
