Default 98 Honda civic low idle
Hey forum, I need help!. My 98 civic lx idles low to the point where it sounds like its going to cut off. Any suggestions.. Plus I hear a soft squeaking sound... Someone help me out

Start by cleaning the IACV.

To isolate the squeaking, remove the external belts and start the engine and see if there is still squeaking. It could be the alternator, A/C etc.
