Default 99 Civic EX Trouble Code 14

I have a stock 99 Civic EX coupe that is throwing a 14. Every once in a while it will throw a 71 as well. After clearing the codes, it will run fine for about 15 minutes then start jerking everytime you move the pedal, but not in between(cruising), and idling around 2000RPM. I have already replaced the IACV and it is still throwing the code 14. No modifications have been made to the car whatsoever..... yet. Any ideas? I am really hoping there is nothing wrong with the ECU.

As detailed in the pictures, a bad IACV is only one possible cause for throwing code 14. For example, you could have an intake air or vacuum leak. The pictures should help you troubleshoot the problem.

You might want to get an OBDII scanner so you can pull more detailed codes than just the blinking light ones.
