I just picked up a clean 99 Civic for my son and everything works fine but it's very noisy at slow speed. Sounds like the tires are cupped but they look OK. It's a rhythmic sound that changes with speed. Any suggestions where I should start looking or are all older Civic's like this? Thanks for response.
