AC Noise

AC Noise
Hi All,
I havea '94 Civic EX(SOHC) that has started to make a "flapping" sound every time I run the AC.
It still cools, still blows, however not without the flapping noise. I thought maybe the blower is going out or something is loose?? The noise is close to where the belts are. I've noticed a light green residue around this area, this may have something to do with the problem as well.
Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated!
