AEM FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR;ENGINE LIGHT?
I just bought a Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator and I recently installed it into my 98 civic ex. I was running 40psi stock from the AEM Fuel Rail and the RC injectors. I was messing around one day and turned the psi up to 60 and took it for a drive. I felt a instant result of increase of hp of course but I have a stock fuel pump. Now my question is why did my engine light come on after driving my car aout 100 miles at 60psi. Could it be the sensor not adjusting? Stock fuel pump trying to pump too much? ( I have a full header back exhaust with high flow cat and k&n short ram intake) HELPPPPP!!!!
I have a full exhuast and intake though with 270cc injectors I thought will the engine being able to breathe more effciently I can dump more fuel into it
Not that much more..
Put it this way, I'm running 8psi of boost and I haven't even touched the fuel pressure. An intake and exhaust defintiely does not warrant doing so

huh? thats weird... maybe I should upgrade ignition cuz im building up to turbo so I want to be able to push atleast 10psi when I start after internals.
