After market cruise controls?
Over this past 2006 Christmas holidays. my parents gave me a 1991 Honda Civic wagon. Living 35 miles one-way from work, it's been a god-send. 30(+)mpg vs. 16(-)mpg..... the choice was obvious. The car burnsno oil, runs like a watch, and seems to have some spunk in her.
I've got one problem...... no cruise control. I REALLY miss this.
Can anyone make any suggestions on good after market units? Or, what would it take to put a Honda OEM unit in? (is this a case where all the wires are there.... just not connected to missing components?) What are the componets needed for a honda unit?
Appreciate all replies,

Just put a brick on the gas pedal and sit back. lol j/k
Well I would check the engine bay and see if there is any room for one. My 98 civic EX has cruise control and it's a manual. So I would think there is. It's a round spaceship looking thing. You'll prolly have to get a steering wheel that has the buttons for it. I dunno, there prolly is a way to ghetto rig it with simple switches. It is nice, I feel ya. On the highways it's a godsend.
