Aftermarket intake Install

I am having a problem with the install of an aftermarket intake manifold on a 91 civic 1.5 litre 4 speed manual. The original is top mount throttle body and I need to convert it to side mount. Here is the intake manifold I am putting on (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/OBX-A...QQcmdZViewItem)
