i was wondering if anyone knows if there is a conversion ac bracket for a 93 ls in a 91 hb?

Not sure exactly what you're trying to do. If the bracket from the '91 doesn't fit onto your engine another option could be to have some hoses made so you can connect the compressor that does fit the engine to the rest of the system in the car.
