I have a 1996 Civic LX sedan. The air conditioner is working fine as far as cooling. The problem I'm having is when it comes on, it kicks on with a jolt, and i have a short power drain; then, when it kicks off, it also kicks off with a jolt, and I have a short power boost. This is happening constantly when the air is on. I've just had it worked on and was told that everything was perfectly fine. Any help will be much appreciated!!
