Default Almost unbelievable

Dear Friends,

I have a civic 93EX AT d16Z6. At the end of 2004 i rebuidl the motor.

But, till now, we don't discover a nasty problem. The motor is pretty fine and the ignition points are pretty correct. Pretty sure.

But there is no idle. IT doesn't get an idle speed superior than aprox.: 150 RPM!!!

I try to accelerate, but it stalls and doesn't get power from the motor, and when it gets in move, everything goes fine till i have to stop the car and try to keep it alive!

All spark plugs are new. All the motor is new. There is no ECU code!!!

Could someone, for Godness sake, tell me what to do next?

Kindest regards,

Alex

Its just a sensor, under a $50 fix you can do yourself. You also might need to get your idle re-adjusted. Here is another tip that you could try, simply disconnect your battery for 30 minutes to reset your ecu. THen reconnect the batery and fire up, it might solve your problem.

If its an 02 sensor, if u disconnect the sensor, shouldn't the computer run in open loop and not use any 02 sensor readings? Maybe you should just disconnect the 02 sensor and see if it fixes the prob. Also, next time it stalls (or you could make it stall) spray some carb cleaner in the throttle body/intake. If it starts up again, then u can be sure its the fuel and not the air.
