Alternator bolt inserts(?) stripped

Alternator bolt inserts(?) stripped
hey there, while installing a new alternator my grandpa and i noticed that the upper mount bracket bolt insert thing was stripped.. is there a part that detaches to replace or is it directly bolted into the motor? If it is into the motor, is it safe to re-thread? Thanks in advance
