Default Alternator bolt stuck

The alternator on my 95 Civic locked up. Ive unbolted everything and the long bolt on the bottom of the bracket refuses to come out. There is no way to get a wrench on the back side and the bolt will not move. It looks like I should just be able to push it out but it isn't budging. I have beat this thing half to death trying to get it out and its not moving. Have I missed anything? The only other option I can see is to burn the alternator bracket in half in hopes of getting the alternator off of the car. If I do this is the bracket a difficult part to find ? I need to get this car up and running again and Ive tried everything I know of to get this bolt out.

With the belt off, are you able to move it at all? I'd try some penetrating lubricant and let it sit for a bit. Sometimes you just gotta keep trying, take a break, and try some more. You have any pics of it?

Did you try pounding the end of the bolt with a long rod from outside (take the wheel off)? There's nothing special about the bolt. It's supposed to just slide back once you take the nut off.
