Question Any suggestions?

I have a pretty much stock 92 dx that has ran great since i bought it 4 yrs ago. A couple days ago it started idling very rough and it felt and sounded like an old school beetle. Within the last year i have replaced the cap, rotor, plugs, water pump, cv axels, and ignition. It runs fine after i let it sit overnight for about 5 minutes then it starts running real rough...Please help

Is the CEL ON?

Did you replace the plug wires? Have you inspected the spark plugs?

When the engine is running poorly, check the quality of spark at each plug. See Spark link in my signature.

You replaced the ignition. What is this?

Does the CEL work? It should turn on then off after 2 seconds when the key is turned to ON(II).

Has the timing belt been replaced? You may want to check the mechanical timing. This is done by removing the valve cover and then the upper timing belt cover. With the front end on stands and the transmission in neutral, you turn the crank pulley only counterclockwise with a socket wrench or breaker bar until the cam gear is positioned perfectly at TDC1 (see below). At this same moment, the crank pulley should also be positioned perfectly at TDC1. If not, the timing belt slipped.
