Ok. My car is surging when ever i accelerate. If I press down that gas more than a fraction of an inch it just surges and will not accelerate forward.

I will start the car and start to drive. I will be able to accelerate for about 1 min and get up to a good speed and then it will start surging at about 35-45 mph. I can cut the car off and recrank the car while riding down the road and the problem goes away for about another min or so and I can accelerate more and get up to proper speeds. 50-60 mph. After about another min or so it will do it again and I just repeat the process of turning the car off and then back on and it goes away for about a min or so.

I have replaced Spark plugs, Spark plug wires, Dist Cap, ECU, and TPS sensor.

I'm running out ideas. Please help!
