Well the sweet thing about Civics is that almost all of the chassis is the same whether it is stick or automatic. This is because Civics when manufactured have all three holes for the the pedals, but if it is automatic, they just put the plastic to cover the hole eventhough it is stil there. For $450 if the motor is perfecting and running it is a good deal. As far as the swap, since you would be switching fromstick to automatic you will need new wiring and ECU since there is a sensor that know when the clutch pedal is down so your car can turn on. Beides that just motor mounts, if all else is included. Whether the swap will be worth it or not is going to be up to you. If you want to keep the car and just cruise with it then that would be just fine. If you are looking to seel it down the line, then the swap might not be worth it simply because most would prefer a stick shift swap so they would end up not giving you as much as you will be asking for. It all depends on what you want to do. Good Luck with the swap!!
