Hi guys I’m having a weird issue I have a civic with a b18c motor and from idle to 3000 rpm it surges and acts all weird and picks up and falls on its face but after 3k rpm is runs great revs out and has good power and I am jsut at a total loss as to what it could be any help would be greatly appreciated as it is my daily also if I am stopped and give it jsut light throttle it revs up and down without me moving the pedal (example of I put the reps at 2300 it will rev to 2300 then down to 1000 give or take back up to 2300 then down and it just goes back and forth I have never seen an issue like this before
