from the gas regulator to the intake the vac hose has a ball bearing in it is that right? it pops off once in awhile. was going to zip tie it on and found the ball inside. i do have intake valve problem on cly 2 and runs rough at stop. evey now and them i spray thottle control cleaner in to keep everything free moving.

 

No, there should be no ball in there. Just plain hose. If it keeps coming off it's either deteriorated or the wrong size, either way replace it.

 

thats what i thought. guy at autopart store said it is suposed to be in their. i have had the car for the last 100,000 of 146, and i did not put it in. going to check with dealer mon to make sure.
