Default Battery charged, turn ignition and no response. (2001 Civic)

I have no idea what it could be. I get no response when I turn the ignition. The battery is fully charged as well. When I put the key in the car makes the noise but I cant do anything else. Any ideas?

Test the voltage between the battery posts. What is it?

This sounds like something isn't getting a good connection. Are your battery posts/terminals clean?

When you say "make noise" what do you mean? Are you referring to the warning chimes and dings? Is this a manual? Have you checked the clutch? Perhaps the indicator that tells the car that the clutch is pushed in is messed up. Same thing happened to me the other day.

Listen for the fuel pump to prime, is the noise you are talking about the keysense chime?
