Ignition modual
I replaced the ignition modual in my car (which is the 93 honda civic ex 1.5L vtec shoc i think its called with 16 valves) and i am getting power to the coil but there is no out put on the secondary coil windings... the spring looking thing. if anyone could let me know why that might be that would be great. O and i dont have any spark because of this so if there may be something else wrong with it that would be nice to know thanks for the help.

Coil could be bad. Trouble with the coil is more common than the module. The oft-quoted resistance checks are not conclusive. Unfortunately the coil is a part that sometimes has to be "tested" by substituting a known good one and see if that gets the car running. Try to rule out everything else first.
Drive for the ICM comes from the ECU. Make sure the ECU is running properly (when you turn the key on but don't crank, CEL should cycle on and off), and there are no trouble codes.
And also, if the distributor does not rotate because the timing belt is stripped, there will be no spark.
