Default before i break my f'n window

I need help lining up the window with the window seal. I replaced the power regulator and I'm having a problem with the window not going up and staying in the window seal. Once the window is exposed like 3 inches it wants to go out instead of staying aligned with the trim. It happens on the side further away from the side view mirror.

I'm talking about the drivers side. Please help. I currently have the window seal/trim mount on the right side unmounted so I can adjust the window. I also have the window mount screws a little loose so I can also adjust it. I've tried everything I can think of. WTF am I not doing right?

Part of the window mechanism is either damaged or not reassembled correctly. Pull the panel off the passenger door to expose the window regulator, window, and channels. Compare to the driver's door. If you find differences, then you may be able to solve the problem.

I need help getting the window to go in the window seal along the side. If I remove that weatherstrip(bottom row on window) would I be able to fix my problem? I can't get it in there at all. It's not the mechanism, just have a hard time getting the trim to "accept" the window. I had this problem a couple years back, but I just put a new properly installed regulator in.
