It is the one in the right front corner, if you're facing it. If I recall right, that one is just there for a ground or something. I don't think it goes all the way through, does it? It's not one of the 4 or 5 on to p of the cover. It's on the lip in the corner.

When I had put the cover on, I didn't torque them so I went back and torqued them all to 7 lbs but apparently that one is not supposed to be anywhere close to 7 lbs.

 

yea the one holding the ground only serves for that purpose. just make sure you ground it to another bolt on the valve cover.
