Hello, I`m looking at a 2002 Civic EX with 115k from a private seller, The car is in overall very good shape except I heard through a friend that knows the seller that it slips or over revs RPM when shifting. Is this a possible deal breaker or could it be minor? The seller says it has done this since it was purchased new and said it over rev`s not slip and didn`t think much of it. He says the trans fluid is not burnt. He is asking $4500.00.

I know its hard to tell but I heard this is a problem with 02 and was looking for the forums input.
