Default Cabin air filter

I have a 2008 civic and live in a dusty area and want to change my cabin air filter but cant find out where and how to do it. The Dealer wants $78 to do it and I can by one for $20.

It is behind the glove box in my 2001 civic. The car manual should have some sort of help I would think.

If you have a 2008 you are changing it a little soon, even for a dusty area.
