Default CAI installation trouble

Just bought a new ebay intake, and am having trouble with it's installation. I drive an automatic HX and my question is do I need to use a T-Bart for the cold air intake? I've seen many installation write up and videos for EX and LX models but nothing for the HX.

I'm honestly not sure, it was component that was shipped with the intake kit. Looks like it's two rubber hoses connected by a T shaped grommet. Luckily I managed to work through the installation and am now quite happy

Did you mean T-bolt? As in T-bolt clamps?
