Can anybody help me

My Honda civic have a misfire in cylinder 2. I replaced plugs wires cap rotor button and injector. I think something is wrong with my engine. Any solutions

Test the compression.

Check that all the rocker arms go slack when the cylinder is at TDC, if not the valves are adjusted too tight.
