Default Can you put Bi-Xenon on a Xenon headlight?

I have a 02 civic and it has the same bulb for High beam and low beam..But I don't use high beams where I live. So can I use Xenon Lights? (Xenon - There is no high beam harness, so only low beams work..)

A bixenon bulb is literally just a xenon bulb with a small solenoid that aims the bulb slightly higher to simulate a high beam. So, yes, you can use a xenon bulb, a bixenon bulb, or whatever you want. I'm just telling you that a xenon/HID bulb in a halogen reflector headlamp is a bad idea and will actually lower your usable light output while giving you the illusion of better output.
